He is the person behind the Quality CULTURE in HAVI. A true visionary and an Leader who beats his own Benchmarks and motivates the TEAM to achieve the Goal of Company. He creates PERSON.

He was also the owner of the Company which was the first Small scale Company in India to get ISO TS 16949 Certification.

Vipul I Panchal – Director. Marketing & Q.A

A very aggressive and passionate person. He is the originator of new ideas and very strong in Quality Management Systems.

He is also a Lead Auditor of ISO 9001:2000 and is responsible for effective implementation of systems across the Company.

Hitesh Mevada – Director. Development

A very creative person and likes to solve new challenges. He is the person behind any new Product or Process Development in HAVI.

He is the younger Son of the founder Shri Kantilal Mevada.

Harshad Mevada – Director. PPC

A strong planner with the complete knowledge of Technicalities in the Product. He is the person responsible for ON-TIME Deliveries to the Customer.

He is the Elder Son of the founder Shri Kantilal Mevada.
