Late Shri Kantilal Mevada

Founded in the Year 1965, under the leadership of late Shri Kantilal Mevada, the Company was formed and engaged into manufacturing of custom made precision components for various Industries. This was a very small Engineering Workshop with limited resources and technology that started manufacturing components for the major Valve Companies of that time. We started with the manufacturing of Balls by Conventional method, and later the complete Assembly of Low pressure Ball Valves. After that our speciality was manufacturing of Flanged Ball Valves.

In the year 1982, the Company grown and had increased the capacity by increasing the number of Conventional Machines. We had our own Multi-Storey Factory with the name of Mistry Industries. The Company got themselves certified to ISO 9001:2000 in the year 2001 with the scope of Precision Components manufacturers.

We were always the preferable supplier of the Fittings & Valve Industry till 2007. Later in the year 2007, we found our own Brand called as HAVI and the Brand is owned by vipal enterprises pvt ltd. The Company is owned by four Directors, who are highly experienced in the Instrumentation Industry.

We have got our head quarters in Mumbai, INDIA with representatives and Distributors in ndia and abroad as well. We specialise in Instrumentation Valves & Fittings like manifold Valves, Needle Valves, Ball Valves, Integral Valves, Tube Fittings, Pipe Fittings, Piping Accessories, etc...

Today together with the great experience of manufacturing and excellence in understanding of Customer needs, we have always given emphasize on innovation in design, reliability in performance of our Fittings & Valves. Our core product line includes entire range of Instrument Fittings & Valves upto the pressure rating of 15000 psig. At HAVI we never compromise in Quality, and because of the culture that we have inculcated in the Company, we are now approved with major Oil & Gas Companies in India but also are on the Vendor List of renowned names like ADGAS, TAKREER, BOROUGE, and others.

Now we have got our Distribution and Representation Network in more than 12 Countries,, and the numbers are increasing by every passing time.

Backed by our well organized infrastructure, latest machines & technologies like CNC machines and SCADA based testing machine, we are able to precision engineer our range that can function up to a pressure rating of 15000 psig. It is used across a large number of different industries like chemical, oil & gas, petrochemical, automobile, and fertilizers. The quality of our range can be testified by the fact that we are the only Indian company that is approved for Barmer Oil Wells of Cairns India against foreign brands. Further, we are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, having approvals and recognitions from renowned organizations like GASCO, ADGAS, Reliance Energy, ABB, Shell Hazira, and Essar Oil Limited. Foundation Day Ceremony

15^th June is the foundation day for HAVI Fittings and Valves, as on this day the Brand was founded.  Every year we celebrate this occasion as Foundation day. Apart from appreciating the Team members by the means of Awards, Appreciation Token, we also take the blessing from the Supreme GOD by the means of Puja.

Monthly Team Meetings
